The Delaware Memorial Bridge Plaza is located at the base of the Delaware Memorial Bridge in Delaware. Our administrative offices are located in the plaza. 

From NJ, the entrance to the Delaware Memorial Bridge Plaza is on the left of I-295 south about 200 yards beyond the Delaware Memorial Bridge Toll Plaza.

From Delaware, take the last exit on I-295 north before the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The exit is for Route 9 north to Wilmington. Follow the blue DRBA Administration signs to the administration complex, which is located in the center media of I-295.
