Cape May – Lewes Ferry Offers Special Valentine’s Weekend Get-Away Package
Romantic Package Includes VIP Valentine’s Lounge; Champagne and Homemade Fudge
(Cape May, NJ) Looking for something different to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your special someone? Maybe a little adventure that’s exciting and new? The Cape May – Lewes Ferry has created a special discounted Valentine’s weekend package, valid Friday, February 13 through Monday, February 16, for a special romantic getaway cruise on the Ferry. Good for both one-way and roundtrip cruises, this Lover’s Special makes everyone happy at a special 30% holiday discounted price.
“Valentine’s Day is a special holiday for us and we wanted to show our love to our customers,” said Jennifer Shivers, Customer Service Manager for the Ferry. “What better way to begin or conclude your weekend getaway than with a romantic cruise aboard the ferry. Like the Love Boat of the 1970s -- if you have your mind set for romance, come aboard – we’re expecting you.”
Available on any departure during the weekend, the package includes ferry passage, seating in the VIP Valentine’s Lounge aboard the Ferry, vouchers for a glass of champagne and a box of homemade Laura’s Fudge. Package participants must be 21 years or older to be eligible for the champagne and fudge.
Shivers noted that the Ferry will also be distributing heart shaped soft pretzels free to all ferry customers starting on Friday, February 13. “We want to show our appreciation to our customers,” Shivers said. “They really enjoyed them last year so while supplies last, we’ll be giving out the pretzels again.”
Reservations are required. To book your special ferry Valentine package, please contact our Guest Services Department at 1-800-643-3779 (FERRY) during the 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday to reserve your space.
