DRBA Announces 2014-2016 DBE Goals
Public Comment Welcome
 
            (New Castle, DE) Today, Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) officials announced the agency’s proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Participation Goals for federal fiscal years 2014 through 2016. In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the DRBA has established the following proposed overall goals for DBE participation on its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) assisted projects during 2014-2016: 6.2% at New Castle Airport, New Castle, Delaware; 4.8% at Delaware Airpark, Cheswold, Delaware; 5.3% at Millville Airport, Millville, New Jersey; and 5.4% at Cape May Airport, Lower Township, New Jersey.
 
            The public is advised that information on how these goals were developed is available for inspection during normal business hours for 30 days following the date of this notice at the Authority’s Centralized Purchasing Office at I-295 and Route 9, New Castle, Delaware. The Authority and the FAA will accept comments on the goals and the methods of calculation for 45 days from the date of this notice. These comments may be addressed to:
