Cape May – Lewes Ferry Welcomes New Human Resources Supervisor
Jaime L. Rubini of Mays Landing, NJ Selected to Manage HR Programs
(Cape May, NJ) Today, Cape May – Lewes Ferry (CMLF) officials announced that Jaime L. Rubini of Mays Landing, New Jersey was selected as the new Human Resources Supervisor at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. Ms. Rubini who brings more than 10 years of Human Resources management experience began her official duties on September 22, 2014.   
As the Human Resources Supervisor, Ms. Rubini has the primary responsibility for planning, implementing and managing all HR programs and policies associated with the Cape May – Lewes Ferry operation.
“I appreciate and welcome the opportunity to manage the human resources responsibilities at the Cape May – Lewes Ferry,” Rubini said. "The Ferry is such a great attraction with a fantastic work force. It’s a great opportunity to use the myriad of skills and HR knowledge that I’ve gained throughout my career to make a positive impact here at the Ferry.”
“Working in the private sector, Jaime has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in human resource management, particularly in the hospitality industry where customer service is essential,” said Charlotte Crowell, SPHR, Chief Human Resources Officer for the Delaware River and Bay Authority. “We are fortunate to have someone of her caliber and stature and I know she will do an outstanding job at the Ferry. She’s a great addition to our team and I look forward to working with her.”
Prior to joining the Cape May – Lewes Ferry, Ms. Rubini was the Human Resource Manager for Angel Management Group, responsible for management, coordination and evaluation of all Human Resources functions for Revel Casino. In February 2005, she was named the Director of Human Resources for the Golden Inn Hotel and Conference Center, a position she held for more than five years. In 2003, Jaime began her professional career with NIA Group as a benefits administrator and insurance sales representative.  
In 2002, Ms. Rubini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Professional Service Group (PSG), Jaime is currently pursuing certification as a Strategic Professional in Human Resources.
