DRBA Announces 2017-2019 DBE Goals
Public Comment Welcome
(New Castle, DE) Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) officials announced the agency’s proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Participation Goals for federal fiscal years 2017 through 2019. In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the DRBA has established the following overall goals for DBE participation on all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) assisted projects throughout federal fiscal years 2017-2019: 6.4% at New Castle County Airport (ILG); 4.7% at Delaware Airpark (33N); 4.6% at Cape May County Airport (WWD); and 5% at Millville Municipal Airport (MIV).
A description of each airport goal and how it was determined is available for public review during regular business hours at the DRBA’s offices located at the intersection of I-295 and Route 9 in New Castle, Delaware. Written comments concerning the goals will be accepted by the DRBA until July 25, 2016, and may be addressed to:
