Cape May-Lewes Ferry Welcomes Bikers Bound for Bike Week in Ocean City, MD
Special Motorcycle Only Departures Scheduled

(Cape May, NJ) Hop on your hogs and cruise aboard the Cape May-Lewes Ferry’s “Biker Only” vessels for Ocean City’s 2017 Bike Week. Now in its fourth year, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry has once again designated special departures specifically for motorcycles and their passengers travelling to Bike Week in Ocean City, Maryland.

The following are the “Biker Only” departures:
Leaving Cape May: September 14 at 10:30 a.m.
Leaving Lewes: September 17 at 12:15 p.m.

“In the past years the motorcycle community has enjoyed and appreciated the special ‘Biker Only’ boats,” said Rhona Bronson, Director of Marketing for the Ferry. “It’s a great opportunity for people who share the same passion for motorcycles to meet and share stories while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Delaware Bay.”

The special “Biker Only” departures can carry up to 300 motorcycles and spaces fill up fast, so motorcyclists who plan to take the special departures are encouraged to make their reservations today. The cost for a motorcycle and driver is $34 one way, $62 round trip. Military and senior citizen discounts are available.

One Hot Mess, a rock/party band, will be on-board the “Biker only” departures, performing great tunes from rock, pop, dance and Motown, to add to the ambience. Led by the soulful voice of Andrea Yuhas, One Hot Mess always delivers sets you can’t help but sing along with the tunes.
