 Cape May – Lewes Ferry Hosts Sunday Jamz Cruises in July and August

LEWES, Del. - Beginning July 8, the Cape May – Lewes Ferry (CMLF) will once again offer its special “Sunday Jamz” cruises every Sunday through August 26, 2018. The Cape May Sunday Jamz cruises depart the terminal at 3:30 p.m. and returns from Lewes at 5:15 p.m. For the Lewes Sunday Jamz cruises, passengers will leave on the 3:15 p.m. departure, returning from Cape May at 5:00 p.m.

Frantic Band - July 8, July 29 & August 5 (3:30 p.m. departure/5:15 p.m. return)
Al “Frantic” Knight, new to the area but an established Northern New Jersey and New York performer, has been playing music for over forty years. A solo performer with the versatility of incorporating a full band, “Frantic” is known for his covers of rock’s classics as well as his soulful and riff filled original songs. For more information:

Performing since the 1980s, musician Dale Barth has mastered rock, country and the blues. Dale Barth has played venues in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey injecting each set with high energy and humor. For more information:

Electric Velvet - July 8, July 22 & August 5, August 19 (3:15 p.m. departure/5:00 return)
Formed in 1996, Electric Velvet continues to develop their sound by playing a wide range of covers from rock, party and dance songs. The female fronted band has been performing in the Delmarva Peninsula, Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey for over fifteen years and now continues to do so as an acoustic duo. “Sunday Jamz” roundtrip tickets cost $18.00 for adults 14 years old and up, $14.00 for seniors and military, $9.00 for children 6-13 years old, and children 5 years or younger board free. A round trip adult foot passenger ticket includes entertainment and a wristband to receive $1.00 off every beer and soda purchase.
