Provide the expertise and resources required to promote and participate in economic development activities that will benefit the citizens of Delaware and New Jersey within the expanded scope of the DRBA's responsibilities as enacted by the state legislatures. 4. Identify and respond to the public's changing needs and priorities regarding DRBA services. 5. Support the public and private sectors with their community related organizations and programs. 6. Attract and retain an well-educated, highly motivated and adequately compensated work force with the skills necessary to accomplish DRBA goals and objectives in providing the best facilities and services available. 7.
