Will the Delaware Memorial Bridge discontinue the use of commuter and frequent traveler tickets? Yes. No more tickets will be sold after July 31, 2001. Commuter tickets will be accepted in the toll lanes until July 31, and the current series (March through September) of Frequent Traveler tickets will be accepted in the toll lanes until September 30, 2001. Will I receive a refund for any unused discount ticket? Yes. All tickets returned prior to their expiration date (July 31 for Commuter and September 30 for Frequent Traveler) will be refunded at their full purchase value. Will commercial tickets be discontinued? Yes, commercial tickets will no longer be sold after July 31, 2001, and they will not be accepted in the toll lanes after September 30, 2001. Will I receive a refund for the unused commercial tickets? Yes, commercial tickets will be refunded at their full value until June 30, 2002. Will tokens continue to be accepted? Tokens will only be accepted in the toll lanes until September 30, 2001. They can be refunded at $.50 apiece until June 30, 2002. |
