NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in the James Julian Boardroom, located in the Administration Building of the Delaware River and Bay Authority, New Castle, Delaware 19720 at 10:00 a.m. Seating is limited so members of the public wishing to attend in-person are asked to register prior to the meeting by contacting james.salmon@drba.net.

PLEASE NOTE:  After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following:

Personnel Committee:

  • Personnel Matters
  • Potential Litigation Matters

Governance and Audit Committee:

  • Personnel Matters

Economic Development Committee:

  • Long-Range Planning Alternatives

Ad-Hoc Bylaws Committee:

  • Long-Range Planning Alternatives

At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the public Committee meetings will begin.  The public Board meeting of the Commissioners will begin following the conclusion of the Committee Meetings.

DRBA Committee and Board meetings typically take place on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:00A. Five committees may convene prior to the main board meeting: Budget and Finance, Economic Development, Personnel, Projects, and Audit and Governance.
