THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in the James Julian Boardroom, located in the Administration Building of the Delaware River and Bay Authority, New Castle, Delaware 19720 at 10:00 a.m.

Seating is limited so members of the public wishing to attend in-person are asked to register prior to the meeting by contacting james.salmon@drba.net.

PLEASE NOTE:  After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following:
