NEW CASTLE, Del. -- The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) police department is investigating a single vehicle that occurred in lane 6 of the Delaware Memorial Bridge Toll Plaza at approximately 3:00 p.m. this afternoon.  Preliminary investigation indicates that the female driver who was operating a Honda Accord struck the concrete abutment in front of the toll plaza, causing the vehicle to overturn and catch fire.
